Registration for 2013

It is that time of year again and we know it is coming right off of basketball and baseball registration but we want to take advantage of the schools to advertise, so please note that you have until June 29 to register to get the early bird pricing.  As with last year, it is to be done all online.  We are offering online payments this year to make it even easier to register.  If you register by June 29, it is $45 for the first kid, and $35 for all after that.  If you register between June 30 and August 1 (these dates are firm), the fee goes up $15.  We are sorry that rates once again had to be raised but AYSO raised their insurance price per kid again this year.  We hope to be able to keep offering multiple kid discounts though to help offset some of the increased cost.

Instructions for registering your child(ren) online:

Returning Players: Please read all steps

  1. logon at www.eayso.org 
  2. Click on "application for a returning player"
  3. There should now be a list of your children that have played previously.  Click on one of them.
  4. We are region #273, this should be the automatic choice so you should only need to click "Next".
  5. Please check over these next few screens and make sure that nothing has changed.  This is important that we have updated information especially phone numbers.
  6. In the player information page, please mark a jersey AND short size, NOT the uniform size.  We are going with the same company as last year so please note that the short sizes run big.
    • Also remember to list any siblings that may be in the same division as them.  This is the only way we will know to look for a sibling.  
    • Also if there are any reasons why your child will need to be on or NOT be on someone's team please let us know up front.  After August 1, we will not be making any changes to team rosters, no exceptions.  You can either state it in the sibling section or please call Becky Boone 333-1590.
  7. Just keep pushing Next until you get to the application page, review it and make sure everything is correct, scroll down to the bottom, click the box that says you agree to electonically sign, then type in your name and click continue.
  8. You need to again scroll down to the bottom and click Submit. PLEASE NOTE: until you do this last step, your child will not be registered.
  9. If you have more children to register, DO NOT pay at this time, go back to your home page (upper right hand corner) and repeat these instructions each child until they are all registered.  If you also have a new player this year, after registering your other children, go to your home page, and click on "application for a new player" and follow the same instructions.
  10. After you have registered your last child, then you can pay online for all of them at once.  Click the box for each child and then click "Pay fee via Credit Card"
    • If you want to pay by check/cash/MO then you will need to come to a registration event or mail your payment to Elizabeth James PO Box 1085 Eagar, AZ 85925.
  11. Also we are again doing our shin guard and soccer ball fundraiser, so if you need any of these for you kids and would like to pay for them now, then click on the appropriate box and it will be included in your payment.  You will still need to email me at theeagarboones@gmail.com with the style and sizes that you want because that won't come through, but this will just make it easier to pay.  Otherwise you will need to mail your payment to the address listed in step 10 or pay at Meet the Coaches.
  12. If for any reason you get kicked out of eayso, or need to come back and finish you can.  You just need to log back in and on your home page, then you can click "online payment" and it will take you back to the payment page.
